CTR 277: Robert Mooney is filing this complaint on behalf of his wife, harriet Lewis because the phone bill is in her name. This Prerecorded message offers some type of services. He cannot understand them as they speak with a heavy accent sounding either Pakistani or Indian. He is concerned because he works with Black Ops and feels this could be serious business.
