I received a message from a person claiming to be Don Rogers (with a thick Middle Eastern accent) who also threatened me with legal action if I or my lawyer did not return the call. When I did, the man told me my social security number, which was correct, and said I owe him money. When I asked who he was with he hesitated and then answered as if reading from a script. He needed credit card number to pay the settlement. This is a bogus call!
