This is spam, they cannot help you with your student loans. if you call them they will harass you forever. I have blocked them and still get voice messages, they call 10 to 15 a week

"Caller ID" says it is a Dr. Kivowitz, from Santa Monica, CA. As others have said, they call at twice a day. Starting around 11:45 AM (ET).

They call every about everyday and there are other numbers calling with the same ore recorded message...class action lawsuit?

I set up a contact on my phone Spam Student Loan. Set preference to do not answer/message and at least your phone won't ring when they use one of these numbers.

The name of this company (or one of it's names) is Student Loan Educators. According to one of their representatives they are located at 3500 W. Olive Avenue, Suite 300, Burbank, Ca 91505 with a direct dial of 855-851-8344. They claim they have a website at StudentLoanEducator.com or StudentLoanEducators.com. If your personal number is on the federal "Do Not Call List" it may be possible to sue them for $500 per call. Make sure you keep track of each time they call and speak with an attorney

keeps calling and leaving voice messages about college loans. I am not interested have told them several times to remove my number! I dont' know how people work for companies like this.

I keep getting calls from this same number daily as well. Got fed up with it and waited on hold and called back multiple times to finally get a human on the line. They identify the company as Student Help Group. When I asked for the website I was told I could google it and it will come up with their phone number and physical address. www.studenthelpgroup.com Cause it would have been too difficult for her to tell me that over the phone. Anyway, that is the site for them and has a registered number as well as address if anyone wants to report them through the BBB or take the time to try and build a class action against them for harassment.

They call and when I've requested to be removed now 7 times in 8 days, they harass me at work, they hang up on me, refuse to provide their names, refuse to provide a supervisor, refuse to provide a registered agent's mailing address to serve a lawsuit. They are not only violating teh TCPA but state specific telemarketing laws and intentionally harassing consumers. A class action lawsuit needs to be filed--but apparently that's impossible if we aren't even able to get a real business name or address.

They are offering student loan forgiveness for people who went to for profit colleges. When I questioned them, they hung up on me.

I'm getting about 1-3 calls a day now from them - always using a new number. It's been over a week now.
