Got a phone call on my home phone from this number. It was a very threatening message on my voicemail that it was the US Treasury and that it was a second attempt. Ignoring will have you in front of a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense. Gives the number of 3109055427 He stated his name is Steve Martin. It's an Indian accent. I tried to call back and all I got was a women's voice recorded saying over and over again, "Not enough credit, not enough credit..."

Called twice using the name Steve Martin and threatened legal action with no other information

Caller did not identify a company name, just identified himself as "Steve Martin". Moderate middle Eastern accent. Did not identify who he was attempting to contact, not even a first name. Stated he represented the US Treasury and if we didn't return his call it would be considered a second refusal to pay (no debtor named) and charges would be filed by a Federal grand jury. Repeated the threat three times then a computer generated female type voice said "goodbye."

Threating call. Legal action for past due bills. Doesn't specify any details.
