Calling about my credit card. Of course, they did not say which one.

Yes! Usually my phone is great and identifies the call as spam when I look to see who's calling, but the filter slipped this time. 1-310-909-1303 is a CC scam - do not pick up!
Caller ID did not identify or block. But checked after and showed as scam! Why isn't the app blocking as it should?!?
