They call my work leaving threating messages on my voicmail. They have been told not to call me at work, but they cont. to do so. They keep asking for my checking account information to verify but when I told them no they got mad and said that I was going to be sued. I did get a name of one of the callers his name is Daniel Watson, but he didnt speak good english and yu know they use American names so this to is probably false.

Called and left harassing message. I am contacting local authorities. The caller wanted personal information and would not give me any info about the call or proof. These are scammers that have been given your info and they do anything to collect...even if you do not owe.
