Another unwanted call from this Avalon VOIP number arrived today, just 2 weeks since the last unwanted call on May 9. When the answering machine picked up, the caller left no message, just dead space. Robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) do this all the time while trolling the phone lines seeking gullible schmucks to victimize.
Posters have identifed the caller as a scam home improvement contractor, of which there are many. The website www.whitepages.com even describes this number as "scam or fraud." I'm sooooooo surprised!!!!!!
