It is a survey from the CDC. They want to know generic information about kids vaccinations. It started out OK but they they started to ask personal information and that was when I stopped it.

The following shows up on our Caller ID: 312-201-6801 NORC U CHICAGO They won't leave a message on our Answering Machine. Every other day they call! PLEASE make them STOP! We are on the "DO NOT CALL LIST"!
