Caller: Portfolio Recovery
Portfolio Recovery is running a scam under the guise of a collection agency to dodge FCC regulations. This is FRAUD. They spoof numbers to avoid capture. They are just phishing for money, data, and identities. Collectors are required by law to use the US postal service. Furthermore, PR calling hundreds of time per week is harassment. Only when enough of us complain will the Do Not Call list take action.
I keep telling them that no one lives here by the name of the person they keep asking for. They keep calling and are very rude. I reported them to the BBB.
