Unsure if legit or not, but the minimal info they had on our company was outdated and the caller, "Phoebe," was asking whether we were interested in gaining more customers. Pretty standard conversation and hung up after a proper closing remark.
The only red flag was that upon picking up the call there was silence (not even white noise) and it was only a few seconds after I asked, "Hello," did the familiar telemarketer "beep" sound come up and a real spoken with a hard-to-pinpoint accent spoke.
