I downloaded an app called Call Protect sponsored by AT&T (You have to be an AT&T Customer) The app detects spam, fraud, collections, and other fraudulent numbers and either auto-block or you can block the number yourself. The App and service are free as long as you're an AT&T customer. I don't have to do anything now... Just enjoy not hearing my phone ring with unwanted numbers.
