With all of these complaint and since 2012, why hasn't the FTC done something about them? They are still calling as of 7/29/2016!!!

They claim they can help lower my credit card rates. When I select 1 to be connected to an operator, it takes several rings to be connected. When someone comes on and asks if I want to lower my interest rates, I ask their name, and they immediately hang up.
