Same, an automated message offered me to lower my rates

Called at 10:09. Didn't answer. No message. Glad I didn't bother.

I got a call from this number On June 13th, 2016 at 10:31AM. It was something about lowering the interest rates on my credit cards. It said to press 1 to be connected to an agent, so I pressed 1, and I said hello to the person on the other side and asked him politely to remove me from his list and do not call me again, and before I could even finish saying half of that sentence, the person rudely hung up on me. I tried calling back and it says the number has been disconnected, changed, or is no longer in service. Quite rude, you don't call my phone and then hang up on me. I've read on other sites as well as this one that calls from this number are a scam, so avoid calls from this number at all costs.
