Leaves a recorded message daily from different numbers saying to call back

Called today. VM was cut off but the transcript said $15,000 assessing charges....call us back.
I called back just to see what would happen. It was a (supposedly) check cashing/loan shark place. I didn't feel like messing with them today so I just hung up. LOL
Caller: Loan Company
Called and left a message with a number to call back. Apparently started speaking before my voice message had finished, because I think I heard "security deposit". It's a Chicago area code. I haven't lived there for over a decade, so I know it's total B.S.
THEY ARE CONSTANTLY CALLING, LEAVING A MESSAGE TO CALL THEM, BUT DO NOT STATE WHY, WHO THEY ARE JUST THE PHONE NUMBER. ALSO ON MY ID CALLER IT COMES OUT AS SPAM? NAME WITHHELD
