We receive calls from this number every morning and evening. We want them to stop. We are willing to sue them for harassment. We need advice as to how we do this? They do not give you the "opt out" option.

It's concerning your "current credit card account". I'm sure it is.

Leaves a voice mail about last chance to
take advantage of the financial stimulus plan. Could also be lower your credit card interest. Either way I am not interested. It is a scam.

This company call several time a week and leaves no message. They immediately ask if you have $2K in debt. Every time a try to ask to stop calling they hang up, The number they give either fails or nothing happens. Once I talked to someone pretending I needfs credit card relif and they asked for my cc number on the back to speak with cc company to reduce debt. I asked them to call back in an hour, which they did and were very nice then I told her my son paid the debt and to remove me...no such luck.

This spam has to be blocked..why can't the telephone company block this number ( I assume they would just switch numbers)
