Started getting calls from numbers I didn't know, and after the third voice mail, in a heavy accented voices that are hard to understand, saying that I had been approved for a loan, and that they wanted to deposit money into my account. I called back to let them know that I had never applied for any loans and to take me out of their system and call list.

After that I proceeded to get my phone blown up by about a dozen or so different numbers, with the same loan offer, or else a message saying that they are coming after me with lawyers. Sometimes they use names, but hard to understand what they are saying.

I have been dealing with this for about a month now, I have called and filed reports with the FTC, and my States Consumer Protection Agency, but to no avail. The calls keep coming, and what numbers I have blocked they come up with new ones to call from.

So maybe if there is enough complaints in enough places, maybe these people can be stopped from where ever they are spamming from. Help please!!!

This number called repeatedly to my wife. When she finally answered she was told she was approved for a loan. She said she was not interested. The response she heard was "I want to F... you" she couldn't believe it and said WHAT?. then the foreign person repeated the same thing. I called back and got a big run around and got someone who claimed to be the senior supervisor from CashnetUSA. I told him about the obscene call and he was only interested in whether or not I wanted a loan. then hung up on me. I want to know how to go after this place.

Just got a call for personal loan and kept the man talking for long time and he said he did not have time for.

He said that he was calling from Chicago and when I said how much do I qualify for - he said none.

Told me that I was "crap"

A few months ago I answered a couple of these calls (from other numbers) & they were insulting calls. So for months I've been ignoring those numbers. Finally after about half a year decided to confront caller. What do you want! Well after a freaky earfull of inuendos I asked him to not call back. To my surprise he said 'ok'.

Within 10 minutes I now get calls from a new number, THIS number. Same frequency, quantity, same times, etc. As reported by other sites they're just using MagicJack to come at you from different angles. While typing this write up I got another call! As read on other forums, this is a group of Indian/Packistani men who Phish for banking information or just harrass you. Honestly I would not be surprised if there is no goal to these calls OTHER than to harrass you... they certainly do not like Americans. An annoying army if you will.
