fraudulent loan approval

Scam artists attempting to collect bank account information. Usually have an Indian accent and become verbally abusive/taunt you when you ask them to remove your number from their list. Also calls from 936-333-5642. They will not stop calling until someone makes them stop. Take 10 minutes and report harassment to the FCC.

These calls all refer to providing a loan of money and some claim that my application has been approved ( I have not applied) for any amount of money. I have applied on-line in the past, more than a year ago, but have made no recent applications. I do receive email offers quite frequently but normally delete those messages and do not open them.

Leave a message that the person they are trying to reach has qualified for a loan. They are asking for someone who is not associated with this phone number.

He has had the same number for the last 8 years and he has never had any issues with solicitations. He is receiving a call from a company that is looking for someone named “Chavez”. They state that his loan has been approved. He has told them several times to stop calling because that person does not own that number. They stated that he could stop the calls by getting a loan with him. CTR344
