Saw this number 312-578-7017 on my cell phone, which is for emergency purposes only. No message was left by the caller of 312-578-7017 so I have determined that this was not an important call and more than likely a "spam call"

I've received calls from this number 5 times over since 9/13/16. I was home to answer the call today, and the woman stated that she was calling on behalf of the CDC to conduct a survey regarding children's immunizations. I wanted to check into it, and it appears that this is a legit company that conducts research for the CDC. Per Better Business Bureau, it's a legit marketing and survey company. Also, I found a news article from NBC that had a story and in the article they state that the CDC does indeed pay this survey company to make calls and conduct surveys.

Finally talked to them. They research homes to see if there are children of a curtain age being vaccinated. I am on a do not call list, and is fall into solicitation and harassment. The Attorney General can go after them. Tell them nothing but that and remove your number. It's all a scam to get you identify. I was told of this in a news letter.

They said they were from the University of Chicago and then went on the claim they were part of the CDC. I asked them to take me off their call list before I could get more information.
