Has called my phone 7 times already today. Keep sending it to voicemail but has never left one. I thought after 3 times in one day thats considered harasment?

constant calls from some iranian guy addvertising a 200 dollar gass card

A middle eastern man from this number called 7 times in a 3 hour period. He said he was from a sponsored group call my mothers friend. He offered a 200.00 prepaid gas card. he gave me my name telephone number and address. After saying he was sending out the card he asked for further info my credit card number! the expiration date and the pin on the back of the card. Of course I gave him none of it and told him not so nicely where they could go. This is a scam! Legitimate companies will never require this type of information.

tell him you are reporting this number to the fcc
and you are keeping a log of how many times he calls
urge him to keep calling

called 10 times today.
will not stop
