Cold call. Says he works with Birch re: upcoming contract. He must have bought old records from Birch. Don't do business with this company!
Guy works for a telecomm company and is cold calling/spamming with sales calls.
He referred to my receptionist as a "bitch" when she went to transfer him to my voicemail. I called him back and called him out on it, and he was mortified.
I wouldn't do business with someone like this if he was the only game in town.
