Also have started getting calls from Discover card services, however the live person you get after the call is connected is always the same, only gives a first name, asks me if I am responding to the offer to lower my interest rates on my credit cards, no specific card info given. Having tried to get info from them before, I have discovered they are fishing for your personal info, specifically credit card numbers and social security numbers, by casually asking me to 'verify these numbers', making it seem as if they have this info already.
