They only said card member services. They normally hang up on me as soon as I ask a question so this time I played along like I was interested and they would only tell me they are card member services for American Express and Visa and when I asked them to take me off the list they hung up on me as they do EVERY TIME I try to say anything to them.

When they call, make sure you talk to someone. Threaten that you are going to kill their whole family. Tell them that you hope they have a good time going home to sleep tonight. Make sure you get your point across.

An offer to lower my credit card rates. I have received over five phone calls from this number and today is the first time there has been anyone on the other end when I pick up. It was a recorded message telling me I have been selected to lower my credit card rate and if interested press one. When I do this I actually get a person and when I then ask why they are calling me as I am on the Do Not Call Registry they promptly don't answer me and hang up.

I am elligible to lower ALL my credit card rates. I pressed 1 for a representative and told her to take me off the list and she screamed "fuck you bitch" and hung up on me.
