I received a call today from Mr. Davis and I spoke with the next available rep who politely told me why I was receiving this call and in my case this was about a payday loan I had taken in the past which was unsettled. The information I received about my loan is legit and it checks out. I am hoping to find out more before I take next steps.

Mr. Davis called me saying have a legal issue unresolved and they sent paper work to my address. Never received anything. Did not even call me by my name

Mr Davis said for me to call to speak to another investigator about a fraud case. He did not leave any details just that one or my attorney of record never responded to a suit against me. Call them back during the week and they say they are open 9 to 3pm CST but when calling on weekends it is dead air. I think it is a scam also. Recording from calling on a weekday days their company is Sp legal services which after looking at one Internet is a law company in Canada. Search Mr Davis with SP legal services and they are attorneys but not in Chicago which the 312 area code is a Chicago area code. Website says they are in Calumet City Illinois so I went to location and there is no such firm. Do your research before answering any unfamiliar numbers.

Left voicemail and said they wanted to resolve legal action filed against my name. But they never stated what my name was, or what it was regarding. Just trying to get my info so they can scam me.

I got a call from this number stating that I've taken out a payday loan and because i havent made payments, my case is being sent for criminal action. Now I'm trying to call the number again but I get dead air.
