called number back... asked for badge number #1004652 I asked what department he in very thick East Indian Accent said Audit Department.
Original call left at my home number said I was being sued by IRS....

IRS scam don't call back.

A robo-call in less than perfect English left a message saying the IRS was suing me and I needed to call back.

Called tried to extract personal info. Refused to give badge number or employee id. Broken English asked what kind of computer i had and if i viewed porn websites. Reported to irs via website.

Message: recorded voice "call immediately about case #135871" no name given.

Said the IRS is suing me and to call back.

312 878 9013 This is a complete scam. The media has talked about it many times I don't know how they get away with this. Why can't anyone do any thing to stop this .

received the call on 02/26/2016 at 1-ish pm. A recording saying"This is the IRS, the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you..... for more info about the law suit call that phone #" I guess "it's refund season"!

Calling Omaha, Nebraska cell #'s now. Beware.

IRS scam call with a guy with a Indian, as in India, accent. Can hear other telemarketing agents in the room talking.

SCAM IRS CALLER- REALLY AWFUL LANGUAGE WHEN I QUESTIONED HIM ABOUT WHERE HE WAS CALLING FROM.

Got a voice mail and returned the call. Usual crap about registered mail, auditing years 2010-2015, blah blah blah. So I said, 'I think this is a scam'. The man ok and hung up on me! Call their bluff!

They called me at 5:12 PM, 2/25/2016. 12 minutes after the IRS offices close. I have received not one piece of registered mail from the IRS, their usual means of contact. Report this number to your state attorney general, report it to the FCC as well. All they want is to get a hold of your personnel information, full name, birth date, SS#, address, etc. to steal your identity. This is affiliated with the same scam that tells you of an interest rate offer. this is a total scam, also recorded named Brigit. Never answer directly let it go to your machine. be aware they will use other tel #s as well to call you from.. The call comes from Chicago, IL
