This was a canned telemarketing call.It wasn't even well screened; I have advanced degrees and have no intention of earning more.
The sheer audacity, however, of needing to enter a website to place my "do not call" registered number on their list was beyond irritation.
After locating the website the DNC page, I found that the website was not functioning. By design? Probably.
