Scam...don't call back. The IRS would not call you.

Called 5:31am Dec 11, left msg about IRS lawsuit BS. That's not how the IRS contacts a person of interest, been there, done that. This is bogus!

Got the same Scam call. Go to the IRS website. They explain how they would contact you. Certified mail and never a phone call. Filed a complaint about three weeks ago with a different number. For scams I believe it was with the federal reserve, but look at the IRS website, it will guide you where to go. Hope that nobody falls for this and the Bas____s. go to jail.

I have been called twice by this number, the first time. I talked to the person. when I showed indifference to the claim and didn't react to the call. the caller got irate and started yelling that I was in big trouble and he was signing a warrant at the time to have me arrested. I finally said." I don't believe you." and hung up. today I didn't even answer the call. they left the same voice message, that I was getting suded by IRS. bullshit
