This call attempted to represent a current creditor or credit card issuer. The call states that this is the last attempt to contact and that they had attempted to contact me previously. That if I didn't take the call I would miss out on an opportunity to lower my interest rates. Gave me the option to connect with a representative and hung up when I didn't. This was an attempt to scam or steal the identity of the elderly or ignorant

mostly they have to do with lower credit card rates or consolidating credit card debit for a lower rate.
