States I qualify to lower rates for gas.

Hope I didn't make a mistake. Did give my acct. number but no other info. Told him I wasn't interested in changing service.

yes - clr id shows NOTICE 313-209-6331 recording comes on stating we are entitled to a discount thru the gas co. Press 5 and someone will help you - I pressed 5 and I could tell I was transferred to some foreign person voice so I just hung up!
