First it was a recorded message saying I could lower my electric bill. I pushed 0 to get a person named Cynthia. She said the company name was Energy Choice Assistance. When I asked where they were located, she hung up. I dialed the number 313-355-5234 the recorded message said if I pushed 1 I could be removed from their list.
