received a call from a caller id number 6027263735 my state of Arizona but the call back number was from another state michigan 313-556-2553 telling me my name was in a complaint filed against me. when i called the name given was john stewart, he sd do i know edward guzman I SD NO HE DIED SEVERAL YEARS AGO, and I have had no contact with him for 15 yrs. he sd he'e dead, and was ready to get off the phone, I sd what is this about and he hung up. this is a scam I am sure
