Relentless, Counterproductive Calls. Frequent empty calls that continuously call but will not speak once I answer the phone. They just call repeatedly & refuse to communicate allowing me to execute my requests to remove my number from their taunting hourly call quota. Brilliant staff they've accumulated. Hourly, Non-Talanted, Robotic, Time Clock Burning, Intellectually Challanged Minions- I Presume.

This is "Academic Advisors." It's a racket.

When you post a resume on certain online job boards, you have to click through many pages of what look like the usual legal boilerplate, but in some of them you are giving legal permission to these scammers to call you.

It's basically a telemarketing boiler room that preys on desperate unemployed people. They call you up and tell you that you could get a job if you got a worthless degree from some online diploma-mill like University of Phoenix or ITT, and can connect you to some nice people who'll set up a nice high-interest loan so that you can go back to "school." This story ends with you being bankrupt, unemployable, and owing everything you'll ever make to the school and the student loan company.
