I don't answer calls I don't know so didn't answer. They left no message. But I have had this type before. Said they were from Microsoft, they needed to fix an issue with my computer. I use Linex. Not Microsoft and they couldn't understand when I told them that. I ignore these fool scammers.
When answering 313-888-9900 --> this person would also not be connected until few seconds later while obviously being connected elsewhere . And this person could also barely speak in English, while clearly attempting to SCAM you!!!

Under NO! circumstances give this number access to your computer. I would just inform the operator that you have already taken your computer to a store to be fixed.
