This call came thru my cellphone at 1:27 pm on August 30, 2012 (Thursday) and when I answer the only thing that I could hear is someone talking in a foregin lanuage and when I said hello, hello, hello, I was hung up on.

I called the number back at 1:28 pm, 2:06 pm I was told that this nubmer has been disconnected.

CALLS MY CELL SEVERAL TIMES A DAY AND WHEN I CALL THE NUMBER BACK IT SAYS THAT IT'S DISCONNECTED
