Just received a call on my cell, did not answer, no caller ID just a phone number I didn't know. Phone number 313-995-0078, did not leave a message.

I received a call stating this was my last day to request an lower interest on my credit accounts. I pressed 1 to be connected to a person to ask what credit company they were claiming to be they said the represented all of them. I told them this was not possible. They tried to ask who my cards were through. I told them they should know that information as they were calling me. I asked them to identify themselves and they again said they were the people who send me my bills. I told them if they did not identify themselves I would assume they were a scam and report them to the fcc. There was noise on the line like someone pressing buttons and the call was disconnected. I was called from 313-995-0078.

I didn't answer to the call, but I tried to call back and the message told me that was not a valid number. I added them on my Blocked list.
To do so:
iPhone: Go to Settings - Phone - Blocked - add contact (it has to be a contact; I added this phone number in my phone under JUNK name... if I get another call as such, I will add the number under that name also).

There was a recording claiming that it was my last chance to lower the interest rate on my credit card. I pressed one to speak with someone, and I immediately told the man to remove me from his calling list. He said something unintelligible so I repeated myself. He stayed on the line for approx 15 more seconds then disconnected. I tried calling back but received a recording that the number was disconnected.

Watch out, these guys are good and very professional. If I want my interest rates lowered I will call the CC company.

There was a recording claiming that it was my last chance to lower the interest rate on my credit card. I pressed one to speak with someone, and he asked me if I wanted to lower the rate on my Visa or Mastercard. I only have one credit card. So that was the first red flag. Then he started listing off credit card companies so that I can let him know which one. I hung up on him then because they didn't even know how many cards I had and with which companies. Obviously a scam.

313-995-0078 and caller ID identifies it as Doris J Irvin, Michigan, but if you search that name it comes up as a deceased person in Deland, Florida. The area code may be Michigan bit the number is certainly spoofed. What a turd con artist. The idiotic things people will say to other people over the phone just to screw with you. Criminey, spoofing con man. Call me under any number you'd like, I don't answer calls. You want a piece of me, leave a voice mail. If you don't hear from me, that means fook off.
