These people are some how able to still get through after I have blocked this #. They are spoofing their # and this is how they still get through my blocking apps. They are relentless, even after I have told them they have the wrong # and I do not know who they are asking to speak to. I've reported them and it has been useless.

Collection Agency collecting a debt for someone I do not know. I've repeatedly asked them to not call and they call me all hours pf the day. From 8am to midnight they continue to call knowing I've told them the individual they are asking for is an unknown person to me.
