Caller ID says : Danny Joe Eplin. I don't know this person and will not answer his calls. I don't owe anyone any money and I've had to put this number on my block list a long time ago, but he continues to try and call me. He never leaves a message, although he is still able to despite being blocked. Not losing sleep here

I keep getting calls from this number with no message left. Finally I called the number back and the lady that answered said she was with Account Control Technologies and asked for my account number or social. I asked what the company was and the lady said I'm sorry I cant hear you and then hung up. I called back several times and got the same response. When I googled the company I found this number (877) 403-7770 so I called it and ended up with another hang up. I ended up just blocking the original number.

Calls and will not leave a message. I do not answer numbers I don't know. They need to leave a message or STOP calling. Makes me think they are up to something illegal or unconstitutional.
