This caller made three attempts to teach me, with the recorded message saying I have been targeted by the IRS for four violations and to call them before the 'cops' (not policrmen) came to take me into custody.

This is the voice mail left

"And once it get expires after that you will be taking under custody by the local cops as there are four serious allegations pressed on your name at this moment. We would request you to get back to us. So that we can discuss about this case before taking any legal action against you the number to reach us is 314-328-6158. I repeat 314-328-6158. Thank you."

It is a recording claiming I have four cases against me with the IRS and if I don't call back, they will have the local police pick me up.
