Claim to be calling to verify my phone number and that I still was at this phone number. I asked where they were located and she said Anderson Indiana. I have Googled the company and the location and did not get any information at all. I told her to block my number from their call list and that I wanted to know what company had asked them as a third party to verify my phone number because I would not be doing business with that company again. She refused to give me any information of course. Supposedly this is all on a recorded line according to her. So I said record this. Tell your client never to call me and to that I am not at the phone number that they have. Verify the fact that my name and this phone number are not associated in any way and it is an invalid number. Maybe they are a real company but I resent greatly the intrusion into my privacy.

Just received same call "validating my cell phone number." I asked who uses their data and she said they are a third party company so she did not know who uses it. She said she could have them contact me directly. She was quick to get off the phone. Now my cell will likely blowup with spam callers.

They called my phone and said they were Data Validation and wanted to verify if my phone was working or not!! Now that does not sound right at all.

called 3 time yesterday 1st about noon on my land line and about 5pm on my cell and again around 7:30 on my land line never would leave a message.
