I got called by this number last night and I didn't know about it. Good thing I didn't pick up. This kind of thing has been happening to me lately. I got text messages from one number saying"lol" and another number texted me saying "can't we work this out baby?" And I looked the number and the we're the same thing as this one. Credit card frauds.

I have no credit cards with anybody,,,message said my rates are going up if I don't respond today
When I spoke to a person, I asked what credit card they were calling about. He was vague. So when I said that I was reporting him as a scam, he told me to go "F_ _ K myself. Then he asked me if I understood what he was telling me. I asked him if he understood what a jail cell was. He hung up.
