Caller ID displayed as CACI. When I answered it was silent on the end, so I hung up and blocked it immediately. Saw all of these reports and confirmed it was a scam collection agency.
Just another SCAM DEBT COLLECTOR. All my debts are up to date. Always have been, always will be.
