Said they were some kind of fugitive enforcement agency. They correctly recited my address and falsely alleged that 'Monica', who is wanted for 'failing to appear' is in hiding and lives at my home. I do not know a Monica whatsoever, I do not hang out with criminals, do drugs, etc... Almost called police.
