Just received a call from this number. Recorded message saying that they have been monitoring my credit and that they are offering 0% interest on balances greater than $10k

Called to tell me I could reduce my credit card debit. I don't have any so I just wanted them to delete my number. They cursed at me then hung up. The number they called from doesn't take incoming calls.

when i talked to a person letting them know i dont have any credit card debt..she was rude and said why da f**k did i press 9 then..i called back but no answer
