robo calls

They keep leaving messages on my answering machine. I finally was home and answered. They claim I have an outstanding debt with an alarm company. I've never had an alarm system, my dog is my alarm. When I told them it wasn't me, that I have never had a contract with an alarm company they said my phone number comes up for the social security number they have on file. I don't see how that is possible, I have lived at this location for 40 years and have had the some phone number for that time. My address is completely different than what they have as well. She didn't like what I was telling her, she kept saying my number comes up for the SS#! I told her to correct their records. She did not act like they would. We will see if the phone calls stop.

Harrassing and threatening phone calls

Calls repeatedly & leaves threatening voicemails or none at all.

I received a call from Rosenthal Morgan & Thomas. This company called me at 7:09 am. I know for a fact that this is a violation of Washington State Law!!! John the employee tried to scare me into admitting a specific debt was mine. The debt belongs to a girl friend I used to have. I never filled out or signed a contract with the company that the debt was originally from. In fact the same company turned me down for service due to bad credit at the time. So maybe they have an old credit APP. How can they turn you down then say you owe them money? After I asked to see the contract this John stated that if they order the contract that I would be admitting to the debt . I said no I am not. He said yes you are. He tried to bully me. I then said I was going to call the original company and he said that It will not do me any good I wouldn't do that, They will just refer you back to us. Again trying to scare or bully me.
