Was stating that I committed fraud on my IRS return and said he would file a warrant against me unless I paid $2006 within 2 hours. Said he has to stay on the phone until I get to a western union

Yes-- robo call. Then called back and they answered as IRS Crime & Investigation.
Can't possibly be- once again, IRS will not contact by phone
