This is SPAM calling cell phone saying a friend or neighbor has made a referral and this is not a sales call. (BUT they are selling home security to anyone who is dumb enough to buy into their scam. Same old crap just different number. Calling cell phones is dangerous, especially if drivers answer. Lawsuit? Distracted driving?
