If you Google this phone number you will see several complaints made against this number. The person is claiming to work for the IRS and accuses you of owing money and threatening to have you arrested if a certain amount of money is not wired to them with a particular time frame. (typically 2 hours)

Missed call and a voicemail was left saying they were the police and advised there are four serious allegations pressed in my name at this moment and they request a call back so we can discuss before they take legal action against me. First of all the voicemail is automated and worse the automation is not using the English language correctly so this is obviously a scam by someone outside the country even though its made from a Syracuse, New York area code.
