Got a call and she left a message about having my loans forgiven. There are people out there she might be intimidating and taking advantage of. She needs to be fined and for each additional complaint, fines go up.

Today 8/7/2017 at 9:16 am PST, I received another call from ROBIN YOLANDA BLAKELY, who COWARDLY HIDES BEHIND THIS AND OTHER RANDOM NUMBERS. SHE CALLS, NEVER LEAVES A MESSAGE AND IF YOU ANSWER SHE LISTENS AND EVENTUALLY HANGS. I'VE FILED COMPLAINTS WITH AUTHORITIES AND ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN. THE NUMBER DISPLAYED THIS TIME WAS 315-325-9339.Geneva, NY. But calls originates from 510-734-3710. INVESTIGATE IF YOU CAN IT'S HARRASSMENT. I'M TOLD IT'S CALLED SPOOFING!
