Spam caller claiming to be "Federal Office in New York". Knew my first name. Second I ask them firmly to repeat what office when he was calling, he risibly muttered "fuck" in the frustration of his failure and then hung up.

Today 8/17/2017 at 1:39 pm PST, I received ANOTHER CALL from ROBIN YOLANDA BLAKELY, who COWARDLY HIDES BEHIND THIS AND OTHER RANDOM NUMBERS. She calls, never leaves a message and if you answer she listens and eventually hangs up. I've filed complaints with Authorities and anyone who will listen. The number displayed this time was 315-367-2173 Oneida, NY. But calls originates from 510-734-3710. INVESTIGATE IF YOU CAN IT'S HARRASSMENT. I'M TOLD IT'S CALLED SPOOFING !
