Claims to be from the Criminal Law and Justice Center claims that I have three felony charges against my name and Social Security number and then I need to call this number and pay them X amount of dollars for pay day loan I never took

Called me saying I had 3 felonies pending wouldn't state what for name was Charles very rude so I told him I would have police be on touch I went to police station and had them call he stated he would not call again and now number is giving busy signal lol jerk

I have been receiving calls from this guy for months now. I finally decided to call him back today. He said there are criminal charges against me and me employer has been notified. He stated I will need a lawyer to get me out of jail Monday, and I will be doing 11 months in jail for check fraud. I was a little nervous at first because he has my SSN, phone number, my place of employment, and my bank info. He told me that the debt was over $5000 and I will need to pay this by Monday or there will be police at my door to take me to jail. He said the debt is with some cash advance place, and I have never taken a loan out from them. He did give me the name of the company so I called them and of course they had no record of me.
