(315) 496-1508

I received a call this morning to my place of employment from 315-496-1508. The lady said her name was Karen and she's calling in regards to the 16 emails they supposedly left me on my email address which was weird becuase they actually knew the email address. Then she proceeds to tell me that I have to pay this payday loan that I never took out I asked for the reference number she wouldnt give me one I asked for the attorney she claimed was about to take me to court tomorrow on a lefal affidavit since she was with the bureau of investigations. First of all people if you are going to be sued for something they will track you down via your home address and send you something in the mail. If its legal it will go as far as your employment. These people are a scam artist. I asked for the Richard Brown's who;'s the attorney they are supposeldly using's phone number - the lady got louder and didnt want to give it to me then proceeds to tell me that its 315-496-1508. I decided to check this with the phone company since my husband works there and its a scam people.

They have been calling me for about six months. It is always the exact same script as eveyone mentioned, if you ask them for documentation of something you signed they will hang up.

These guy have been calling me for about 2 years now....I got a message from Karin, could not understand the last name it was the same exact script,,,,,This message is intended for (Name Omitted). (Name omitted), the very second you receive this message, I need you or your (rated?)attorn­ey of record to return the call. The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive. My name is Leon Kennedy. The hotline to my division is 315-496-1508 . I repeat 315-496-1508 . Don't disregard this message; return the call. Now, Gwendolyn, if you do not return my call,or I don't hear from your attorney either, the only thing I can do is wish you good luck and (not able to understand the words after that because they are garbled though I can tell they are a threat from the tone of voice) and falls on you." I have called them back, asked for company name, address and location, all they would give me was Buearu Credit in Brooklyn New York... I asked to talk to a manager, they have always said no, and have been very threatning,,, the first call I got a couple years ago, they told me they were going to send the police over to my home to arrest me... this is illegal, I have asked for documentation of the forms I signed when the supposed transaction took place, they have not, will not mail anything to me...Why can't someone stop these people?

This same number is calling me stating if I don't pay my case will go to the courts. Well it's been since December 2010, this is February 10,2011 and this man is still calling saying the same old things. Well its a fraud I am filing a police report as well as a federal report so they can track these impersonater. I have a Leon Kennedy and a Angela Green calling for me. Whatever you do get as much information as you from them and report them. I call this company he so call work for and the company doesn't even have anybody working for them with this name. DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE NO MONEY AND NONE OF YOUR INFORMATION. I had a co-worker who recieved the same message I did and got $200.00 out of her.
